When my husband and I first moved to American Fork, we knew right away that we wanted to go with a local internet company to service us with our internet needs, so we immediately stared to search the internet for Digis Reviews. We had heard that Digis was a local internet company and we knew that Digis had a lot of customers in the local American Fork area, but we wanted to do our research first and make sure that this was the internet company for us and our family. And we knew that the best way to determine if an internet company was right for was was to read customer reviews. So we hopped onto Yahoo, our favorite search engine, and searched for Digis Reviews.

We quickly discovered that these Digis Reviews were overwhelming and we didn't know where to start. Like with most companies, Digis Reviews had a lot of positive reviews, and a lot of negative reviews. But how did we sort through the different Digis Reviews and pick out the truth behind them? Let's face it, no business, be it an internet company or something else, has 100% customer satisfaction. Every company, no matter how great that company is, is going to have that one random, grumpy old man, who has nothing better to do with his time than go around and write random, super negative reviews about various business companies. My husband and I soon learned that these Digis Reviews were not immune to "grumpy old man" syndrome.

So how did we sort through the positive Digis Reviews and he negative Digis Reviews and determine which ones were actually accurate and based on truth? We decided that the best way to determine what Digis as a local internet company was actually like was to read customer reviews and pay special attention to the Digis Reviews that had both positive and negative information in the same reviews. And after reading these Digis Reviews, we decided that Digis was the best internet company for us.

One of the Digis Reviews we read talked about the outstanding tech support that Digis as an internet company provides for each and every customer. This gal who wrote these particular Digis Reviews talks about how she called to complain about a stuttering problem her internet was having and how the the tech support person was able to change the setting and fix the stuttering problem, all without losing the connection! My husband and I were awed by these Digis Reviews.

Another of the Digis Reviews we read was written by a customer who was having problems with her internet speed. She said that her internet was being jumpy and having inconsistent speed but after one phone call to tech support, they were able to fix her internet connection and she has been happy as a clam ever since! These Digis Reviews were really giving my husband and I a lot of confidence in Digis as an internet company. And the best part is, Digis is still a local American Fork internet company!
